Developmental Objectives:

• Understand stress in a new way, and begin to change the meaning we give it.

• Develop a positive mindset (We become what we think).

• Consider our own wellbeing.

• Learn how to deal with our own inner conflict (self reflection).

• Explore how to free ourselves from limitations and baggage.

• Be motivated to be an action taker - not an excuse maker.
