Noah’s Ark strives to maintain an awareness of and sensitivity to individual differences among people including differences of age, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic, ethnic and religious background,  and physical handicap.

 

 

Payment: 

Sessions will be invoices at the end of each calendar month. Please see individual service costs.

 

 

Cancellation:

When sessions have been agreed they will be charge unless at least 48 hours notice is given. All session preparation is done in advance and those sessions cannot be filled at short notice.

 

 

Privacy Policy and Information Sharing:

At Noah’s Ark Family Project your privacy and confidentiality is important to us. We understand information is sensitive by the nature of our work. We will never share your information with outside organizations. When you sign up for training or sessions.

 

 

Special Needs:

Please inform us at the time of registration of any special dietary or physical needs that require our attention. We respects any physical disability requiring special attention. Whenever possible we will arrange whatever other provisions we are able to.

 

 

Travel:

Should the child referred be driven to Noah’s Ark by taxi we would ask that they do not arrive early and that the taxi is prompt in collection. Sessions are planned with 30 minutes of preparation time between each session. Please ensure the driver/ parent is aware of the need to be well timed.

 

 

Complaints:

Please feel free to discuss with staff any questions, complaints, or other comments regarding teaching/therapy method, content, organization, physical facilities, etc. We will do all we can to respond to your suggestions in this and/or future programs. Complaints may be made direct to Rene Chorley or request the details of a Board Member through our contact page.
